127-Business Restructuring – Opportunity to Simplify, Transform and Accelerate B2B
High tech is experiencing many growth opportunities with the introduction of new disruptive technologies like wearable devices and the internet of things. To enter new markets, businesses may need to form strategic alliances with companies in other industries or undertake merger/acquisition activities. Changing strategies may lead to businesses selling off a business unit in order to focus on a specific business growth sector.
All of these activities drive business and supply chain transformation opportunities and initiatives, presenting a tremendous opportunity for companies to re-evaluate their B2B requirements and modernise their infrastructures to drive greater operational efficiencies across their restructured business.
This session will discuss business and supply chain transformation initiatives in the high tech industry and why these activities provide an ideal opportunity for companies to develop a B2B infrastructure to match the exact needs of newly combined or divested business operations. It will include a discussion on the benefits of adopting an on-premise, cloud or hybrid B2B environment and how each can help to streamline supply chain operations.

This session will discuss key restructuring related trends in high tech today and how this helps to drive new B2B initiatives.
